HR Shared Services Coordinator
$20 - $25 per hourLaSalle Network
LaSalle Network is hiring for a HR Shared Services Coordinator to support a leading organization in the medical device space. This fully remote opportunity (Illinois residents only) is perfect for an HR professional who thrives in high-volume environments. If you’re detail-oriented, systems-savvy and ready to jump into a fast-moving HR operations team, this role is calling your name.
What’s the job?
- Provide first-tier HR support via Zendesk ticketing system
- Manage HR transactions in Workday, including position creation
- Support promotions and internal job changes
- Process high-volume HR tickets daily with accuracy and speed
- Assist in building and improving HR workflows
- Escalate complex HR inquiries appropriately
What’s needed?
- Prior experience using Zendesk or similar HR ticketing systems
- Strong Workday or other HRIS software experience
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads with precision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must reside in Illinois and work CST hours
