Position Details
* Position Title: Associate Dentist for NEW GRADUATES willing to be train and learning new skills.
* Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
* Compensation: $800 – $1,200 per day (Guaranteed daily base rate depending on clinical
readiness)
* Location: Huntington Beach, CA
* Target Audience: Class of 2025/2026 DDS/DMD Candidates & Recent Alumni

We are strictly seeking new dental graduates who possess an entrepreneurial mindset. If

scenes, this role is designed for you.
We bridge the gap between dental school graduation and practice ownership by providing:
Clinical Training & Mentorship: One-on-one coaching to master advanced procedures,
increase your workflow efficiency, and elevate your treatment plan acceptance.
Key Responsibilities
* You will learn to manage the clinical side of the business including, high-quality dental
care - diagnostics, preventative, restorative, and cosmetic treatments.
* Formulate clear, comprehensive treatment plans.
* Collaborate closely with our experienced dental specialists team to optimize patient flow
and experience.
* Participate actively in mentorship and clinical coaching provided by the practice.Qualifications & Requirements
* Education: DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school (Open to current Class
of 2026 students or recent alumni).
* Licensure: Eligible for or actively holding a California Dental Board License (in good
standing) by the start date.
* Core Competencies: Strong ethical standard, exceptional communication skills,
coachable attitude, and a clear interest in the operational of the clinical side of dentistry.
