Academic Instructor

Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: Provide academic instruction to students following approved curricula. Offer basic direction, instruction, and assistance in designated instructional areas. Motivate and counsel students on behavior, training, personal issues, or study habits; collaborate with staff to resolve training-related issues. Develop and prepare lessons; recommend curriculum changes and supplemental materials. Incorporate workplace language and behavior expectations in the classroom; relate academic skills to career technical training and workplace requirements; assist individual students as needed. Regularly review and audit assigned areas for contractual compliance and service effectiveness; prepare related reports. About You The company is looking for: Bachelor’s Degree. Valid teaching certificate, experience with youth, or PRAXIS exams. Communication and computer proficiency. One year of instructional experience preferred. Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $62,054 - $67,020. Medical, health, dental, vision, life insurance, and AD&D coverage.
