Location: UCHealth Central Park Med Center, Denver, CO

Department: Rehab Therapy Stapleton

Work Schedule: Full Time, 64.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days. The position includes a regular Saturday shift as part of the clinic schedule.

Pay: $41.43 - $62.15 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.

This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote option.

This position is based within an academic medical center and offers the opportunity to work with a diverse and medically complex patient population. We are seeking a physical therapist with experience, interest, and/or advanced training in neurological rehabilitation. The caseload includes individuals with degenerative neurological conditions, stroke, neurologic cancers, movement disorders, and other neurologic diagnoses. In addition to treating patients with neurological conditions, the physical therapist will provide care for a variety of orthopedic and post-surgical diagnoses.

Flexibility, strong clinical reasoning skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care across multiple patient populations are essential.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required. Preferred: Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• CO State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider. BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date. BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire.

Physical Therapist:

• Assess and Diagnose: Conduct Comprehensive evaluations of patients' physical conditions.
• Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Make a tangible difference as you create individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Educate and instruct Patients: Provide through education to patients and their families: empower them in their recovery process and promote long-term well-being.
