Registered Nurse - PCU | PRN | Jackson, TN | $45/hr Shifts Available: Days or Nights Location: Jackson, TN Pay Rate: $45/hour Job Type: PRN Job Description / Requirements As a PCU Registered Nurse, you will care for patients who require a higher level of monitoring and treatment than a medical‑surgical unit but do not require intensive care. You will utilize critical thinking, clinical expertise, and strong assessment skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Position Requirements Current State Registered Nurse (RN) License Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification Minimum of two (2) years of recent paid RN experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Step-Down Unit, Telemetry, or similar acute care setting Strong cardiac monitoring and patient assessment skills Experience caring for patients with complex medical conditions and higher acuity needs Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Our Culture There are a few things we look for across all hires at ATC, regardless of role or team.
