Transformation Lead

• Lead the design and delivery of ServiceNow Service Catalog, Request Fulfillment, and Knowledge Management processes for a large-scale enterprise transformation program
• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders, service owners, and fulfillment teams to define target-state processes and requirements
• Own and manage the process backlog, translating business requirements into clear, build-ready user stories
• Drive prioritization, release planning, and implementation of catalog items, request workflows, and knowledge management capabilities
• Partner with analysts, developers, and testing teams to ensure successful solution design, build validation, and deployment readiness

• 8+ years of ServiceNow experience, including large-scale implementations of Service Catalog, Request Management, and Knowledge Management
• Proven experience leading ITSM workstreams and facilitating ServiceNow design workshops and requirements gathering sessions
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow out-of-the-box capabilities, new platform features, and best practices
• Experience prioritizing, rationalizing, and managing complex service catalogs and request fulfillment processes
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing core project teams, delegating work, and driving delivery in enterprise environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future. We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
