Summary The Cosmetics Beauty Advisor provides knowledgeable, personalized service and sells beauty products in store and online. The role focuses on building client relationships through product expertise, beauty consultations, and a compelling customer experience. Responsibilities Create a welcoming, seamless, and engaging in-store experience while cultivating customer relationships. Drive sales with in-store and online clients using available technology. Provide makeup application lessons, skincare consultations, treatments, and trend advice. Support merchandise presentation and operational requirements. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous selling experience required; cosmetics experience preferred. Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use computers and register equipment, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
