Human Resources Generalist (Temporary Leave Coverage)

: Abraham Joshua Heschel School is seeking a part-time Human Resources professional to cover parental leave from approximately late-July 2024 through January 2025. This is a flexible hybrid position. :
Maintain day to day Human Resources tasks as needed which would include onboarding and processing new hire paperwork
Respond to general employee inquiries
Compile payroll data and run reports
Complete additional projects as needed
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
Experience working in Human Resources or in related fields
Extremely detailed oriented
Experience with working with ADP Workforce Now
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiar with onboarding and benefits administration
Experience working with Google Suite
