What We’re Looking For
- :3+ years in AI/ML, Data Scientist, or related rol
- eStrong Python & production-level system development experienc
- eHands-on experience building and deploying GenAI and LLM systems, RAG pipelines, embeddings, and vector database
- sExperience with AWS, Docker, GitHub, and modern DevOps practice
- sSolid understanding of ML concepts and deploying models at scal
- eStrong problem-solving, communication, and ownership mindse
- tDesign, evaluate, and productionize GenAI model
- sOptimize prompts, pipelines, and system performance (latency, cost, scalability
- )Develop robust backend integrations for real-time & batch AI solution
- sImplement monitoring, evaluation, and observability framework
- sCollaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to solve complex problem
