Job#: 3055421 Job Description: Title: MLOps Engineer Location: Cincinnati, OH (Onsite) Alternate Location: Detroit, MI, Frisco, TX, Charlotte, NC Duration: 14+ Months Role Overview An experienced, hands-on MLOps Engineer is sought to support a team focused on Data Science, AI, and Machine Learning enablement. This mid-to-senior level engineer will bridge experimentation and production, partnering with Data Scientists to operationalize machine learning solutions. The role involves building scalable processes that move models from development into production, playing a part in establishing and scaling MLOps practices for enterprise AI and advanced analytics initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Partner directly with Data Scientists to deploy and operationalize machine learning models. - Design, build, and maintain MLOps pipelines and supporting infrastructure. - Support the complete machine learning lifecycle, from development through deployment and monitoring. - Develop and optimize data pipelines that support AI/ML initiatives. - Implement CI/CD processes for machine learning and data engineering workloads. - Monitor model performance, reliability, and production stability. - Collaborate with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions. - Help establish best practices, standards, and repeatable processes for MLOps. Required Qualifications - Strong experience as an MLOps Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, or Advanced Data Engineer with MLOps responsibilities. - Expert-level Python programming skills. - Strong SQL skills. - Experience supporting and partnering directly with Data Scientists. - Deep understanding of the machine learning lifecycle, including model development, training pipelines, deployment, CI/CD, and monitoring. - Proven experience moving ML models from proof-of-concept into production environments. - Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts, pipelines, and data movement. - Experience operating in large enterprise environments. - Ability to work independently and contribute with limited ramp-up time. Preferred Qualifications - AWS cloud experience. - Amazon SageMaker experience. - Experience supporting AI/ML platforms at scale. - Financial services, banking, or highly regulated industry experience. - Experience building ML platform capabilities, reusable frameworks, or MLOps standards.
