Job Summary: The Commercial & Industrial Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive the growth of Culligans commercial and industrial water treatment solutions. This role requires a proactive results-oriented individual who can identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and target potential commercial and industrial customers in the region with a focus on industries such as manufacturing food and beverage healthcare and hospitality.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand Culligans market share in the commercial and industrial sectors.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their specific water treatment needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Technical Expertise: Work closely with engineering and technical teams to ensure the correct design and implementation of water treatment systems that meet customer requirements.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals including pricing product specifications and timelines to prospective customers.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends competitive landscape and potential growth opportunities.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including marketing service and operations to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and sales pipeline in the CRM system. Provide regular updates to management on sales performance and market conditions.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in the water treatment industry or a related technical field selling into commercial and industrial customers - preferably selling technical products or capital equipment etc.
• Education: Bachelors degree in business Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of water treatment processes systems and technologies used in commercial and industrial applications.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
• Sales Skills: Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals in a competitive market.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to assess customer needs and develop effective solutions that address their specific challenges.
• Travel: Willingness to travel within the designated sales territory as needed.
