Therapist Position 7406 Chapel Hill Rd, Suites G/H, Raleigh, NC Full Job Description Raleigh Psychology is a thriving private practice with four locations, centrally located near NC State University, Duke University, UNC, Research Triangle Park, and growing family communities. We provide in-person and teletherapy counseling, psychiatric care, and psychological assessment services for children, adolescents and adults. We are hiring to meet the demands of the community, as we receive referrals from local elementary, middle and high schools, universities, psychiatrists, and other therapists. We are growing rapidly and desire to meet our clients’ needs in a timely manner. We are seeking a therapist to join our practice to provide psychotherapy. Our group private practice provides administrative support, a professional clinical environment, and benefits from strong referral bases, which have been developed through earning the trust and respect of our community. Raleigh Psychology is a practice that emphasizes the integration of faith and psychological practice, where that is an expressed desire of the client. Qualifications NC Licensure (provisional is acceptable) Ability to implement provided Electronic Health Records system, which includes a confidential patient portal Training and/or experience and/or interest in the practice of integrating psychology and faith Ability to make one’s own schedule, Weekend hours available Strong referral base with both insurance and fee for service clients. Opportunity to work alongside, receive supervision from, and collaborate with like-minded psychologists and counselors who integrate psychology and faith 1099 model; generous fee split offered, with bonus incentives offered for performing additional responsibilities Monthly professional development opportunities offered with didactic presentations and case consultation Unlimited earning potential; ability to reach full-time case load within 3-6 months. Full time (30+ billable hours $120,000 - $140,000, depending on number of desired hours and mix of clients) If relocating from out of the area, a relocation, signing bonus is offered ($2000) Why Raleigh Psychology? In network providers with Blue Cross Blue Shield and Aetna (primary insurers in North Carolina; competitive contracts in place with excellent reimbursement $128 to $175/hour in network rate, depending on line of business and out of pocket rates) Full credentialing / Billing support. Ability to begin seeing clients within 2 weeks, given existing group contract and streamlined process. Guest speakers attend monthly meets on a regular basis to further integrate into community and learn about new treatment modalities and referral options Group outings for service projects to several local school/therapeutic centers and team dinners and events on a regular basis (all optional) Excellent team culture and clinical support; weekly psychological testing team meetings; regular group supervision and play therapy supervision.
