Production Associate

Job Summary We are currently hiring Production Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Geismar, LA. This position is ideal for individuals who are safety-focused, reliable, and able to meet production goals in a team-oriented setting. Key Responsibilities Follow all safety policies, procedures, and work instructions Meet daily production standards and maintain efficiency Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards) Monitor product quality and report any defects or issues Communicate with Production Lead or Supervisor when stepping away from the line Report production waste or concerns to leadership Support overall production operations as directed Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma or GED required Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Strong attention to safety and quality standards Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Must be dependable with good communication skills Physical Requirements Ability to stand for 8–12 hours per shift Frequent use of hands and fingers for production tasks Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and climb as needed Ability to lift up to 35 lbs EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER: Surge is an equal opportunity employer.
