Staff Solutions Architect

Serving as the senior technical authority for Client Operations, the full-time Staff Solutions Architect will provide executive-level technical leadership across Candescent's digital banking platform, shaping architecture standards and implementation strategies while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Define and govern architecture principles and technical standards for Client Operations across Candescent platform services Lead technical strategy for complex client situations, partnering with various teams to translate client needs into scalable solutions Own the technical architecture strategy for migrating clients from DI to Votiv, ensuring effective implementation and support at scale Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline; equivalent experience may be considered 15+ years of experience in software engineering, solution or enterprise architecture, and technical consulting Deep expertise in digital banking, fintech, or enterprise SaaS architectures, including APIs and complex implementations Proven ability to influence senior leaders and drive decisions across organizational boundaries Strong executive presence with experience advising C-suite leaders and client executives
