Job Description
First Staffing Group is seeking dependable and hardworking individuals for Mixer Operator positions at our Grand Prairie and Lancaster locations. The ideal candidate will assist with preparing, measuring, and mixing ingredients according to production specifications while maintaining product quality and following all safety and food production guidelines.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and production instructions.
- Operate mixing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow production formulas and ensure ingredients are mixed according to specifications.
- Monitor mixing processes to maintain product consistency and quality.
- Inspect ingredients and finished products for quality and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized production area.
- Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), food safety, and workplace safety procedures.
- Complete production documentation as required.
- Lift, move, and handle ingredients and materials as needed.
- Work with the production team to meet daily production goals.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience as a Mixer Operator or in food manufacturing is preferred.
- Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and safety procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Must meet E-Verify employment eligibility requirements.
