Hotel Operations Team Lead — Guest Experience & Revenue
Extended-Stay-Hotel
ESA Management, LLC is seeking a Team Lead to support the General Manager in daily hotel operations, driving revenue, controlling costs and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will resolve guest and associate issues, train staff, and enforce company standards while assuming GM responsibilities when needed.
