Accounting Supervisor

We are seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee accounting operations, support financial reporting, strengthen internal controls, and mentor a high-performing accounting team. Responsibilities Supervise Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable personnel, including performance management and development Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and GAAP Manage: Cash receipts ACH, wire, and credit card payment postings Payroll postings Bank and account reconciliations Fixed asset tracking Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses Support monthly sales tax filings and other compliance reporting requirements Assist with annual financial reviews and audits Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation Recommend and implement process improvements and internal control enhancements Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience 5+ years of direct supervisory experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Experience with ERP systems Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, reporting, charts, and data analysis Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment Why Consider This Opportunity?
