Overview Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team at Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center in Lake Worth, Florida. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with a diverse range of patients, providing expert care and rehabilitation services to help them achieve their maximum potential. Salary: $60.00/hour. Responsibilities Evaluate patients' physical and functional abilities, develop and implement individualized treatment plans Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic interventions Monitor patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist Master’s degree in Physical Therapy Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Florida Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively About Us At Terraces of Lake Worth Care Center, we pride ourselves on our commitment to providing exceptional care and rehabilitation services in a compassionate and respectful environment.
