This is an independent (1099) opportunity for experienced insurance professionals who are self-motivated, coachable, and ready to build a rewarding career with the support of a relationship-focused agency.
 
What You’ll Do

·         Meet with clients to understand their healthcare and financial protection goals. 
·         Educate individuals and families on Medicare and supplemental insurance solutions. 
·         Recommend coverage tailored to each client's unique needs. 
·         Build trusted, long-term relationships through personalized service and guidance. 
·         Grow and maintain your client base through referrals and additional lead opportunities. 
·         Help clients prepare for unexpected health events with meaningful protection solutions.

Through our partnership with Heartland National Life Insurance Company, you'll have access to specialized products designed to help clients protect themselves from unexpected healthcare costs and financial challenges, including:

·         Medicare solutions 
·         Cancer protection 
·         Heart attack & stroke coverage 
·         Short-Term Home Healthcare coverage 
·         Supplemental health insurance solutions
 
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for professionals who are ready to take ownership of their success.

·         Active Life & Health Insurance License required. 
·         Minimum of 3-5 years of insurance sales experience. 
·         Experience in Medicare, health, life, or supplemental insurance preferred. 
·         Strong communication and relationship-building skills. 
·         Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset. 
·         Exceptional work ethic and the ability to work independently. 
·         Coachable and committed to following proven sales strategies. 
·         Willing to travel within your local territory (approximately 30,000-50,000 miles annually; no overnight travel required).
