Program Manager

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee enterprise-level data strategy initiatives. This role involves managing complex projects, mentoring teams, and ensuring successful delivery across various industries and verticals. The ideal candidate will possess strong program management skills and a deep understanding of data-driven transformation. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute project plans tailored to client environments and scopes. Mentor clients and team members; lead or participate in project teams to ensure successful delivery. Build client knowledge and credibility across multiple industries and verticals. Conduct readiness assessments, analyze results, and present findings clearly and effectively. Collaborate with employee-facing managers and business leaders to implement strategic plans. Proactively identify and manage risks; influence stakeholders to support project goals. Create change leadership strategies based on situational awareness and impact analysis. Anticipate resistance and develop mitigation plans to address concerns. Required Qualifications Minimum 8 years of experience in enterprise Project/Program Management, particularly in data-related or digital transformation projects. Proven experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies (minimum 8 years). Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%. Preferred Qualifications Over 10 years of experience in enterprise Technical Program Management supporting data initiatives. Graduate degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience. Experience with "Big 4" Management Consulting firms and/or exposure to multiple industries. #J-18808-Ljbffr
