We've created a structural support system to ensure that our providers can focus solely on patient care.Why Join Our Team100% outpatient care onlyHolidays and weekends freeCompetitive compensationFull benefits offeredAnnual performance bonus based on quality of careNegotiable relocation & sign-on bonusesMalpractice insurance coverageFull support both in-clinic and through our central business office to ensure providers can focus solely on patient careAbout This OpportunityMonday – Friday, 8am-5pmRotating and flexible on-call scheduleAverage daily volume is 15 patients per dayWe use eClinical Works, along with partnering programs to ensure ease of use for our patients and practicesWe focus on continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention, working alongside patients and their families to prevent, diagnose, treat, and manage a Medicare Advantage population with multiple comorbiditiesIntegrated team-based care: Working as a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes by meeting their needs and preferencesPrioritizing preventative care and proactive management of chronic conditions to improve patient outcomes, decrease patient's costs, and increase revenue for the practiceProviders must be comfortable managing a primarily Medicare-aged patient populationApplicant RequirementsGraduated from an accredited MD or DO accredited programBoard certified or board eligible in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatric medicineUnrestricted medical license and DEA licensure in the state of practice or the ability to obtain a license prior to employmentUp-to-date CPR certification and basic cardiac life support certificationStrong organizational and prioritization skillsAbility to use electronic medical record (EMR) system – specifically ECWKnowledge of medical advantage, HEIDS, MRA, and ICD-10 codingComfortable managing a primarily Medicare-aged patient populationDemonstrated ability to problem-solve complex and multifaceted situations
