Supply Chain Associate Salary Range $70,000.00 - $85,000.00. Join the #HarmlessMovement About the Role The Supply Chain Associate is an entry level position that will fulfill a key role on the Supply Chain team and will be integral in supporting our complex global supply chain from origin to final customer. This role will be responsible for various day-to-day needs. The role will require working cross-functionally with Sales, Accounting, and Quality and will also work closely with various external partners (such as copackers and other third-party partners). Responsibilities Manage customer orders fulfillment process, working with internal/external partners to receive and process customer orders within our ERP and execute order fulfilment with distribution partners Responsible for ERP system inventory transactions including but not limited to creating and posting purchase orders and receipts for inbounds from Thailand and transfers between US facilities Monitor, reconcile and track US inventories Responsible for timely verification and processing of customer orders Bills of Ladings (BOLs) within our ERP to support customer invoicing and financial reporting Work with external logistics providers to coordinate and schedule transportation for customer orders and materials transfers between US facilities Manage inbound ocean freight by tracking and monitoring inbound containers and publish status reporting to cross-functional partners Support key customers by securing supply of needed materials for fulfilment Approve invoices related to transportation and warehousing Lead projects and change management efforts as needed Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Business, or other Operations/Supply Chain majors preferred Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external contacts (co-packers, 3PLs) Strong analytical skills Experience with MS Excel Strong attention to detail, sense of urgency, and the ability to be highly flexible in a constant changing environment Experience with Infor Syteline/ERP systems beneficial Excellent written and verbal skills 3 days a week in our Oakland HQ office Who you are Make the impossible, possible someone who is resilient, optimistic, and determined. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled. Compensation is determined via several factors including but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, relevant certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
