Sales Manager

An established company serving the commercial playground and recreation market is seeking Sales Managers for its Lubbock and El Paso territories. This opportunity is for a motivated sales professional who enjoys developing new business, building long-term relationships and managing a geographic territory independently. The Sales Manager will work with customers and project decision-makers to identify opportunities and help bring commercial playground and recreation projects to communities across Texas. Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required. Key Responsibilities Develop new business within the assigned geographic territory Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers Conduct proactive prospecting, cold outreach and in-person business development Identify commercial playground and recreation project opportunities Meet with architects, landscape architects, general contractors, developers and other project decision-makers Manage sales activity and customer relationships throughout the territory Represent the company professionally at meetings, industry events and community activities Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales process Travel regularly throughout the assigned territory Qualifications Proven outside sales or business development experience Demonstrated ability to develop and manage a geographic territory Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with prospecting, cold outreach and in-person sales Self-motivated and able to work independently in a field-based role Organized and able to manage multiple relationships and opportunities Experience in construction, architecture, recreation, education, real estate or another project-driven industry is preferred Experience working with architects, contractors, developers or public-sector decision-makers is a plus What the Opportunity Offers An established company with a growing market presence The opportunity to develop and expand a geographic territory A field-based position with independence and ownership Long-term professional growth potential The opportunity to contribute to projects that serve schools, parks and communities #J-18808-Ljbffr
