Warehouse Lead Supervisor - SBE

The Warehouse Lead Supervisor - SBE is responsible for providing shipping, receiving and mail services including package receipt, delivery, tracking, mail pickup and delivery. Maintain records including retention of documents, entering purchase orders, shipping documents, and assist in front line asset tracking to include receipt, labeling and documentation. COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $27.00 to $27.00. Job Responsibilities Supervise shipping, receiving, and mailroom operations. Receive incoming shipments and packages from a variety of carriers and enter information into the tracking system for disbursement. Deliver all incoming packages and freight to end users following all delivery procedures. Uncrate shipments when required and properly dispose of storage containers and packaging. Identify, tag, and document equipment as required by asset management guidelines. Prepare all outgoing shipments following FTC, IATA, FDA regulations and client procedures. Process all priority shipments. Collect, organize, and distribute packing slips related to customer‑specific requirements daily. Review weekly sourcing transactions related to the receipt of goods; receive and follow up on requests from customers. Ensure supplies/inventory are stocked at proper levels at loading docks and copy/fax areas. Investigate lost or missing packages and ensure communication with customers; maintain open and positive service levels. Coordinate large shipments to dock areas. Assist with general maintenance duties as requested including moves, escorting vendors, and conference room set‑ups. Maintain training requirements set forth by the client. Maintain a working knowledge of all SOPs pertaining to this job function. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience as a shipping/receiving supervisor. Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and a good driving record. Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Flexible and able to adjust to variable work demands. This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
