WHAT IS THE ROLE OF SUPPLY CHAIN AT GENERAL MILLS?

WHAT WILL I DO?

As a Supply Chain Logistics Associate (SCLA) Intern, you will experience a robust 10-week internship at one of our US manufacturing plant locations with hopes that you’ll roll into our full-time SCLA program upon graduation. During your internship you will:

• Lead complex projects while leveraging General Mills project management processes and standards
• Managing the flow of raw materials and finished goods throughout the supply chain network, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations
• Plan production schedules to meet business requirements and key events while maximizing production efficiencies

You will be placed at one of our manufacturing plant locations nationwide.

IS THIS YOU?

Minimum Qualifications :

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations Management or related degree
• Graduating in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028

Preferred Qualifications :

• Strong academic record
• Strong interpersonal skills, high learning agility, analytical and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated understanding of supply chain principles and experience in process improvement initiatives

The hourly rate for this position is $27.12/hour. General Mills strives to provide fair and competitive pay that reflects your skills, experience, and academic background. The pay for this role considers many factors, including, but not limited to, your degree program, major, and year in school.
