Shipping & Receiving Specialist

Location: Highland Hills, OH

Position Type: Contracted - 04 Months

Job Type: 100% On-site Work Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EDT

Pay range: $32/-hr to $35/-hr on W2. Note: Part-time (less than 24 hours per week)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Shipping and receiving activities
• Inventory management
• Packing and unpacking equipment and boxes
• Tracking shipments and following up on deliveries
• Assisting with onboarding and deployment of equipment
• Handling client equipment
• Managing domestic and international shipping requests (with supervision)
• Providing light IT support as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with shipping and receiving in a mid-sized to large-scale environment
• Proficiency with shipment tracking software and standard business applications
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Strong verbal communication skills, both in person and over the phone
• Ability to effectively coordinate and communicate with team members
