Financial Analyst

Financial Planning And Analysis Analyst Work closely with finance management and key business partners across Opry Entertainment Group (OEG) to provide thoughtful analysis within the businesses to shape the organization's future. Reports to Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Design and develop recurring and ad hoc business reporting (e.g., financials, headcount, operating expenditures, business pacing analyses) to provide business partners with insightful data to make key strategic and operational decisions. Assist with financial planning and analysis, including annual budget, monthly reporting and forecasting. Produce periodic operating reports distributed across the company and to senior leadership. Work within complex financial models and analytical tools to measure overall financial performance. Assist business units with planning efforts utilizing Planful, OEG's FP&A planning tool. Previous experience with Planful or other FP&A planning software is a plus. Develop and standardize financial reports, including monthly reporting packages to internal (management) and external (Board) stakeholders, comparing budgets to actuals and monthly reforecasts. Work cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Accounting, Retail, and IT. Prepare ad hoc financial analyses and projects.
