In addition to being a forklift manufacturer, we are also a total solutions provider offering scalable products and services from material handling and automation to extensive fleet support.About the role:Responsible for leading quality activities to improve production and supplier quality standards, while reducing warranty costs, claims, early failures, and factory defects. Provide a positive customer experience through building strong relationships through timely problem resolution. Implement and monitor supplier programs and activities designed to approve, maintain, and improve supplier performance.What you will do:Collaborate with Warranty, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supplier and other teams to ensure production/field issues are resolved in a timely manner for reducing top20 warranty claims and improving factory defect per unitMaintain a Supplier Quality Management system that fully supports company initiatives and requirements. Responsible for managing the technical and quality relationship with the suppliers resulting in a reliable material supply, continuous performance improvement, and long-term partnerships. Represent Logisnext as the primary contact point regarding supplier product and process quality issuesDemonstrates leadership by providing technical expertise and facilitating support of cross functional initiatives involving Supplier Management, Production Procurement, Design, Manufacturing and Quality EngineeringInvestigate supplier related defects on production lines.
