About The Role Job Title: Production Operator Location : Howell, MI Employment Type: Full-Time Shift: 1st, 2nd and 3rd The Production Operator plays a key role in our production process by assembling small components, performing quality checks, and ensuring products meet company standards. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, consistency, and a team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities Component Assembly — Assemble small parts and products according to work instructions. Quality Inspection — Perform visual and basic measurement checks to ensure product accuracy. Machine Operation — Operate light manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently. Documentation — Record production counts, defects, and material usage.
