Remote Sales Representative — BrokerWise

BrokerWise is hiring a Remote Sales Representative to introduce our real estate software platform to agents, teams, brokerages, recruiters, and related service businesses.

BrokerWise provides its own real estate system with lead CRM-style tracking, client follow-up tools, listing support, recruiting outreach, appointment-setting support, automation, and AI-assisted business tools.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This is a remote outreach and sales role. You will contact real estate professionals, introduce BrokerWise, explain the platform clearly, answer basic questions, and book demos or sales conversations with interested prospects.

WHAT BROKERWISE PROVIDES

• Real estate software for agents, teams, brokerages, and recruiters

• Lead CRM-style tools for tracking prospects and follow-up

• Client communication and outreach support

• Listing, recruiting, and sales workflow tools

• Automation and AI-assisted business features

• A system designed to help users manage leads, contacts, listings, follow-up, and sales activity in one place

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Contact real estate agents, teams, brokerages, recruiters, and business owners

• Explain how BrokerWise helps with leads, follow-up, listings, recruiting, automation, and business growth

• Identify qualified prospects

• Book demos or sales calls

• Follow up by phone, email, text, or CRM-style tracking

• Keep organized notes on leads, interest, objections, and next steps

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Comfortable with sales outreach, cold calling, follow-up, and appointment setting

• Clear and professional communicator

• Interested in real estate, software, AI tools, CRM systems, or sales technology

• Self-motivated and able to work remotely

• Organized and consistent with follow-up

COMPENSATION

This is a remote, performance-based sales opportunity. Compensation may include commission, referral-based earnings, or other performance-based pay depending on the final arrangement and results.
