Assistant Studio Manager

The Role: As our Assistant Studio Manager, you’re the right-hand to our Studio Manager and the heartbeat of our studios day-to-day operations. You’ll support a high-performing team, help drive sales, and keep the vibe strong—from the music and energy to the client experience. What You’ll Do: Assist in leading and managing daily studio operations with excellence Support staff scheduling, payroll, training/onboarding, and team communication Deliver a five-star client experience—from first-timers to loyal members Handle front-desk responsibilities including membership sales, check-ins, and studio cleanliness Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach to grow our local presence Ensure studio is stocked, prepped, and ready for a seamless class flow Step in for the Studio Manager as needed to keep everything running smooth Assist at the North Naples AND Estero locations You Are: A natural leader and team motivator Obsessed with great customer service and community building Organized, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment A problem solver with great attention to detail Ability to work independently, troubleshoot and make decisions Sales-minded with a “let’s grow” attitude Passionate about health, fitness, and movement (bonus if you love Pilates!)
