Inventory Manager (Warehouse Operations)

Primary Responsibilities:
- Inventory Integrity : Maintain rigorous accuracy of on -hand quantities and part identification. Lead regular cycle counts and full physical audits to eliminate discrepancies.
- Process Development: Assist in the creation and implementation of a formal inventory Management SOP. Identify bottlenecks in current practices and implement scalable solutions to standardized workflows
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate and transmit comprehensive inventory report to the Logistic Manager, detailing current on-hand status and on-order visibility.
- Risk Mitigation: proactively identify risks related to late purchases or supply chain delays. Communicate potential shortages to stakeholders before they impact production.
- Strategic Reallocation: Coordinate the movement of parts between jobs as necessary to meet shifting production priorities while maintaining ERP traceability.
- Warehouse Organization: Oversee the physical layout and organization of the warehouse to optimize pick-paths, safety and space utilization
- Assembly Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for the assembly department, ensuring all kits are complete and ready for production, thereby reducing assembly time spent on part procurement.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in inventory management. Warehouse operations, or material handling
- ERP Proficiency: Experience using ERP/MRP systems (E.G. SAP, Oracle) for inventory transaction and reporting.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex inventory data and provide actionable insights to management.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead process changes and standardize informal workflows.
