Well read on, because we’re currently looking for a: PURCHASER/EXPEDITOR This Position requires: Responsible for all Purchasing and Logistics for interior design furnishings. The successful candidate will work alongside Designers to create purchase orders, expedite all orders and coordinate deliverables and installation logistics for furnishings and merchandising projects in Florida and throughout the Southeast. As the successful Candidate you will have: A minimum of 2 yrs experience in Office Administration, Purchasing or Data Entry Knowledge of POs, warehousing, claims processing, installations, and accounting will be a plus Excellent Communication skills, Computer skills, Organizational skills and Quick Thinking! Able to learn new software quickly Commitment to deadlines Strong time management and strong organizational skills Ability to take direction and work well with others in fast paced environment Some travel including overnight for project installations with Design team Calm, even tempered and friendly disposition Lots of energy Summary of Responsibilities: Coordinating with Designers and other team members on their selections and orders Creating POs Working in Studio IT software Expediting all orders in a timely manner Multitask several projects at once, staying productive and efficient Communicate regularly with the team Working with independent warehouses in different states Be present and engaged at installs Education: Bachelor's Degree FLORIDA CANDIDATES ONLY PLEASE **This is NOT a design position** Beasley & Henley Interior design offers salary commensurate with experience, 401K, health care program, dental program, paid vacation, education reimbursements.
