Role Description The Landscape Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in West Palm Beach, FL. This role oversees landscape installation and maintenance projects from planning through completion, ensuring work is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating crews and subcontractors, managing materials and equipment, and serving as the primary contact for clients to clarify scope, timelines, and design intent. The Landscape Project Manager conducts site walks and inspections, tracks project progress, resolves field issues, and aligns work with safety and regulatory requirements. The role also involves preparing and updating project schedules, managing logistics, collaborating with designers and operations staff, and supporting continuous improvement in project delivery and client satisfaction. Qualifications Project Management skills, including experience leading landscape or construction projects and coordinating schedules, budgets, and resources. Expeditor and Expediting skills to manage material orders, track deliveries, and ensure timely availability of plants, hardscape, and equipment. Inspection skills to review work quality on-site, verify compliance with plans and specifications, and document any deficiencies or corrections. Logistics Management skills to organize crews, equipment, and transportation, and optimize workflow across multiple job sites. Knowledge of landscape installation and maintenance practices, including plant material, irrigation, hardscape, and site safety standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, field teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Proficiency with basic project management software, spreadsheets, and digital documentation tools. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Relevant education or training in landscape management, horticulture, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
