Warehouse Associate – Medical Supply Distribution

Location: Longmont, CO

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Join a mission-driven team at our Longmont distribution center supporting the Veterans Affairs (VA) system across Colorado. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in delivering essential medical equipment—such as wheelchairs and other healthcare supplies—to those who need it most. We are currently hiring four Warehouse Associates to support our growing operations.

• Pick and handle larger, heavier medical equipment, including wheelchairs
• Build and stack pallets (approximately 12 wheelchairs per pallet, ~35 lbs each)
• Assist with general warehouse duties and provide backup support in the put-away area

• Unload and unwrap incoming pallets
• Accurately organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations
• Handle smaller, lighter items in a less physically demanding role

Required:

• At least 6 months of warehouse experience

Preferred:

• Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory systems
• Experience with picking, stocking, and organization

• Meaningful Work: Support the distribution of critical medical supplies to veterans

• Clean, organized warehouse setting
• Closed-toe shoes required (steel-toe not required)

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Longmont, CO.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Longmont,CO.
