Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in keeping a high-volume manufacturing operation running. You'll troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and improve large-scale industrial equipment, including printing presses, rollers, conveyor systems, and other mechanical machinery. This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with complex equipment, diagnose problems, perform preventative maintenance, and respond quickly when equipment goes down. Your ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues, work safely, and keep equipment operating at peak performance will have a direct impact on production.

Second shift will primarily be production support, repairing equipment, keeping things moving. Third shift will be primarily preventative maintenance and some repair on the equipment. Both shifts will be working with other experienced technicians. Minimal electrical experience needed.

Schedule:

• Monday - Thursday (15:00-01:00 & 22:00-06:00) with the occasional Friday when plant is busy (third shift rarely works Friday, second shift 1-2 Fridays per month on average)
• Pay $27-$30/hr depending on experience.
• Shift differential: 2nd shift = 10%, 3rd shift = 15%
• 10 paid holidays and 120 hours of PTO/personal time per year
