TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Alton, Illinois, 62002!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year License: Active state license required Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIHSS Must-Have: - Cardiac Telemetry experience - Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias Description: This position requires a registered nurse specializing in telemetry. The nurse will work in an intermediate care unit. Ratios will be 1:5-6 during the day shift. Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a telemetry setting. First-time travelers are accepted. Weekend shifts will be required every other week. On-call responsibilities may be required. The clinician will float within their scope as necessary. Local candidates are not accepted beyond a specified radius. Candidates must be prepared to care for adult patients requiring cardiac monitoring. Additional patient care includes those pre and post cardiac catheterization and pacemaker patients. Daily patient census is approximately 26. Interdisciplinary support is available from various specialties. Travelers will float within the service line as needed. Robust experience with charting systems is preferred. Candidates must complete required compliance components prior to starting the assignment.
