Job Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on BMW vehicles
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Complete service orders and maintain accurate records
• Interact with customers to provide exceptional service and address any concerns
• Stay updated on BMW technologies and attend training sessions as needed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience working as a BMW Technician is a plus
• Strong knowledge of BMW vehicles and their systems
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Certifications or training in BMW diagnostics and repair
