The Role We’re looking for a Midweight Digital Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to play a key role in executing and delivering creative assets to support 360° campaigns. This role is primarily focused on driving high‑quality digital output at scale, from concept through final delivery across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with senior creatives to bring campaigns to life, while taking ownership of large volumes of assets and ensuring consistency, accuracy, and visual excellence. You’ll have the opportunity to take on more ownership and eventually guide junior designers as the team grows. Responsibilities Lead the creation and delivery of digital assets across social, email, Shopify, Amazon, and more to support 360° campaigns Translate creative direction into polished, on‑brand, high‑performing design Manage large volumes of assets with strong organization and consistency Work closely with the Art Director and cross‑functional teams Ensure all deliverables meet platform specs and performance requirements Support and eventually mentor junior designers Assist with photoshoot prep and be on set when needed Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic or digital design BA in Graphic Design or related field Expert‑level proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Excellent eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy Ability to manage and deliver large volumes of work with speed and precision Highly detail‑oriented with a strong grasp of file organization, naming conventions, and digital specifications with the ability to execute flawlessly across platforms Ability to take direction while also working independently and owning projects Strong communication and collaboration skills Experience in beauty and/or fashion (preferred) A strong portfolio that demonstrates design across multiple channels Benefits Flexible working hours with core hours from 10am to 4pm Working 2 days in the office and 3 days from home Salary from $85,000 annually USD Performance‑related bonus of 10% based on annual salary 27 days holiday, with the option to buy holiday days 2 volunteering days per year 10 days working from any location of your choice Flexible public holidays – choose the standard public holidays or swap them for dates that are more meaningful to you Enhanced family policies Supportive Period & Menopause Policies 401(k) scheme Dental insurance, Vision insurance, and Life Insurance Healthcare medical insurance Office perks incl. free breakfasts, snacks, and Happy Hour Meeting‑free Fridays with an early 4:00pm finish to kickstart your weekend Pet friendly office.
