Remote Client Experience Coordinator

We are seeking motivated and personable individuals to join our team as Remote Client Experience Coordinators . This flexible remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, researching options, planning experiences, and providing excellent customer service. In this role, you will work with clients to understand their preferences and assist them with researching and coordinating vacation experiences, including cruises, transportation, activities, and other arrangements. Responsibilities include communicating with clients, researching and presenting options, coordinating reservations, maintaining client information, following up with clients, and providing support throughout the planning process. Previous industry experience is not required. Training, supplier education, and ongoing support are provided. You will have access to booking platforms, industry resources, and professional development opportunities to help you learn the business and build your client base. This is a remote, flexible opportunity that allows you to work around your existing schedule and grow at your own pace. There is also an optional opportunity for individuals interested in leadership and team development.
