PTA - Physical Therapist Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our dynamic team at Indigo Manor Nursing and Rehab in Daytona Beach, Florida. As a PTA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our rehabilitation program. As a PTA at Indigo Manor, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population of patients and collaborate with a talented team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Assist physical therapists in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
• Conduct delegated tasks and interventions, including but not limited to: exercising, stretching, and strengthening exercises
• Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the physical therapist
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care

Requirements:

• PT Assistant degree from an accredited program
• Current Florida PTA licensure
• Minimum 0 years of experience (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed
