Job Description

The Human Resources Department in Deforest is looking for an individual to fill the role of a Temporary Human Resources Associate. Primary functions for this position include assisting our employment staff with the seasonal hiring process.

This position will be scheduled to work 30+ hours per week based on business need, and will last approximately through November.

As the Temporary Human Resources Associates, your duties will be:

• Answer phones
• Greet Applicants
• Screen applicants and schedule interviews
• Conduct Orientations
• Process paperwork through multiple systems
• Conduct background checks

Qualifications

• Bilingual skills in Spanish (Verbal and Written)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Ability to use multiple HR Software systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
• Strong communication skills
• High level of organization
• Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
