Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Ladysmith, WI. This role is predominantly outpatient with some inpatient responsibilities, requiring adaptability in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:

• Provide acute inpatient, swingbed, and outpatient care
• Manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, and balance-related conditions
• Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Participate in orientation and ongoing education as provided by the department

Requirements of the Physical Therapist:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Wisconsin
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 1 year of experience post-graduation
• Experience in inpatient and/or outpatient settings preferred
• Prior experience with Cerner charting system preferred
