Physical Therapist
Seven Healthcare is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in Ladysmith, WI. This role is predominantly outpatient with some inpatient responsibilities, requiring adaptability in a dynamic healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist:
- Provide acute inpatient, swingbed, and outpatient care
- Manage a caseload of 10-12 patients per day
- Treat orthopedic, neurological, and balance-related conditions
- Collaborate with the rehabilitation team to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Participate in orientation and ongoing education as provided by the department
Requirements of the Physical Therapist:
- Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Wisconsin
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Minimum of 1 year of experience post-graduation
- Experience in inpatient and/or outpatient settings preferred
- Prior experience with Cerner charting system preferred
