Human Resource Manager

Experis/Manpower Group

Our client is seeking a Human Resource Manager to join their team. As a Human Resource Manager, you will be part of the Employee Relations team supporting global HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong investigative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a compassionate approach to employee advocacy, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Location: Remote/Hybrid - RTP, North Carolina

What's the Job?
  • Conduct Employee Relations investigations and recommend appropriate actions aligned with company policies and practices.
  • Maintain detailed case records and document investigation findings thoroughly.
  • Manage assigned casework independently, ensuring timely communication and resolution of investigations.
  • Provide guidance and advice to management and employees on complex ER matters and policy interpretation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, People Partners, and management to foster a respectful and compliant workplace culture.
What's Needed?
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of Human Resources or Employee Relations experience, with at least 3 years specializing in investigations.
  • Experience working within a multi-national organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment, influence management, and work independently with confidence.
