Minimum Requirements: HS diploma, current UTMB student enrolled at least half time. Responsibilities: Type and maintain meeting minutes from handwritten notes. Maintain brochures in the Hall of Medical History. File and organize McGovern Academy's library. Monitor Latch Key Room for cleanliness & organization. Maintain inventory of supplies in office, storeroom, and Latch Key Room. Assist with social media & website updates. Meet food delivery staff & AV set-up for various meetings and conferences. Assist McGovern Academy staff as needed.
