Medication Technician

We are seeking to hire a Medication Technician/Caregiver - Personal Care.

• $17.47 to $20.50 per hour based on experience. Plus $2 per hour as Med Tech.
• Full-Time Schedule: 2:30pm to 11pm and 11pm to 7am shifts available.

Medication Technician Qualifications:

• PA CMA Certification.
• Must have successful completion of training in Assistance with Self Administered Medication.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Personal Care experience preferred.

Medication Technician Job Summary:

• Assist residents with the management of self administered medication.
• Attend and participate in the required in-service class on Assistance with Self Administered Medications.
• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, toileting, and/or transferring as needed
• Assist and participate with socialization of residents.
• Serve food trays and assist with the set up of the meals as instructed.
• Assist residents to the dining areas and prepare for meals.
• Initiate CPR or other emergency intervention for residents as needed.
