Job Details:

• Position: Physical Therapist Home Health
• Location: Klamath Falls, Oregon
• Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts, with specific shift times of either 8 or 10 hours, on a Monday through Friday basis
• Schedule: 36 hours per week, with shifts scheduled as 8 or 10 hours
• Required Qualifications: Oregon license required at the time of submission, BLS Certification, a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting, and experience with electronic charting systems (EPIC preferred)
• Additional Information:
  • The role involves traveling to patients' homes for therapy sessions
  • Will be compensated for mileage at a rate of $0.70 per mile
  • Must be a fast learner and self-starter capable of getting up to speed quickly
  • The facility handles approximately 5 cases per day
  • Charting is completed using the EPIC electronic medical records system
  • Hospital managers handle interview processes; housing may be challenging with pets, requiring special housing arrangements prior to placement
  • Cancellation policy allows for flexibility within specified periods depending on shift length and contract duration
