Job Description

The Shipping & Receiving Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring customer orders are configured, processed, and shipped accurately and on time. This position follows established planning schedules, completes ERP and MRP transactions with precision, and supports cross-functional activities to maintain smooth warehouse and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a dynamic shipping schedule, including managing quantities and model mix for customer orders.
• Perform final configuration of customer orders by pulling required software and coordinating timely computer loading.
• Assemble select line items on customer orders as needed to complete configurations.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a comparable warehouse, shipping, and receiving environment.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Hands-on experience with shipping and receiving processes in a warehouse setting.
• Experience using an MRP system, preferably SAP, to perform inventory transfers and transactions.

Work Environment

This role is based in a climate-controlled warehouse and manufacturing facility, providing a clean, comfortable, and temperature-regulated environment. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with no overtime required.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fitchburg, WI.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Fitchburg,WI.
