Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Department Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: Current RN license Certifications: - ACLS - BLS - PALS or ENPC Must-Have: - Patient experience - Emergency response Description: The Emergency Department has 28 beds and a staff of 19. Staffing consists of day and night shift roles including RNs, triage, and medics. The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:4. Equipment includes ventilators and Baxter IV pumps. The electronic medical record system used is Meditech Expanse. Candidates must demonstrate flexibility and a strong ability to work as a team player. The typical procedures performed include intubation and central line placement. Weekend rotations are required for this position.
