What You ll Do

• Provide expert neonatal care in a Level-III NICU at a Magnet-designated hospital
• Collaborate with neonatologists and experienced neonatal nurse practitioners
• Manage high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide therapy, and brain cooling procedures
• Support patient families and participate in multidisciplinary team rounds
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records
• Engage in clinical teaching and mentorship through Mercer Medical School appointment
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards

What You Need
Required:

• NNP Board Certification (no FNP or PNP)
• Minimum of 2 years of neonatal NP experience (not including RN experience)
• Valid Georgia state license or eligibility for licensure in Georgia
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal intensive care and ventilator management

Preferred:

• Experience in high-acuity neonatal settings
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to variable shift schedules
